Tour of Britain 2013

  I'm on holiday this week, and rather a wet and stormy week its turning out to be! I'd had a number of plans to choose from for this week, but the forecast for the mountain areas I'm interested in is grim... Then the exhaust fell off the car on Sunday...Great!! So this morning I had to go into Kendal for the new exhaust, I planned to watch the end of the 2nd stage of the Tour whilst in town.  Beast Banks was thronged with folk, the atmosphere great, young and old cheering the riders to the end of the stage.                                                        

Doesn't look that steep does it!
